SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (AP) South San Francisco will pay nearly $2 million because of an oversight involving the use of red-light cameras. The City Council on Wednesday approved an agreement that will pay $1.7 million in refunds for voided tickets that were issued as a result of the cameras.
